About
Lime Kiln Farm is a Gloucestershire farm surrounded by open countryside in this delightful part of The Three Counties, England. It is situated betwixt the village of Hasfield and Ashleworth on the edge of the River Severn.
Rich & Tara run the day to day operations and in 2020 we realised it was time to diversify the farm and so The Native Butcher was born. A year later and our vision had grown; many people had asked to look around the farm and so we decided to open up the farm to the general public, creating an educational and family friendly destination suitable for all generations, and along came The River Severn Fairy Trail.
Mission Statement
It is our mission for children to be educated about farming, food and where it comes from.
We believe that by rearing the traditional breeds in a traditional manner we can produce the best quality meat possible in a sustainable, affordable environmentally friendly and above all respectful way.
